With My Own Church, members can submit online registrations, edit their family or member information, add a new family member, upload a family photo, and more. All member submissions are reviewed by your church administrator, who can accept changes into your ParishSOFT database or reject them as needed.
 
ParishSOFT MOCMy Own Church uses ParishSOFT’s ConnectNow technology, so your staff can log in to your church database from a smart phone or any device with an Internet connection.

With anytime, anywhere mobility like this, staff can work remotely—even look up addresses or important family information to support the ministry work that happens in locations like hospitals, homes, shelters and more. For staff, this self-service system relieves administrative data entry and increases the accuracy of census data by letting members manage their own records. For members who increasingly manage their personal business and finances online, My Own Church connects them with the Church in new ways, giving them the freedom to update the information at any time—all without paper forms or phone calls to the parish office.

Changes to family and member information can be processed electronically and without the delay inherent to a paper form update process. With its complete integration with ParishSOFT’s Family Directory and AIM Family Directory modules, any changes or new records that you accept on the My Own Church website will be saved to your ParishSOFT database, so you’ll always have access to the most current census information – no matter which application you use to log in.

My Own Church is available anytime and requires no special hardware or software. System requirements are version 3.7.11 or later of the ParishSOFT Family Directory, an Internet connection and a compatible Web browser, including Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 2.0+, Safari 3.1+, or Google Chrome.
